She is a certified yoga instructor who specialises in Vinyasa Flow in addition to teaches Hatha, Astanga & Yin Yoga. Ewa teaches regularly and will contact you once you have purchased your sessions to tailor the practice to your unique needs. From soft-flow to intense workout, you choose the class intensity and focus. Classes take place via Zoom and your classes must be booked and taken within 1 month of purchase.
