Sleep Collection & Online Yoga
£17.95
Nazani Tea’s Infusion Collection contains caffeine-free, loose-leaf artisan herbals which are ethically and sustainably sourced. We have carefully curated a selection of herbal infusions to enhance your well-being.
The Sleep Collection was designed with your sleep in mind. Sleep is fundamental, it is the time when the body and brain detoxes and heals itself. Our caffeine-free infusions may be used as a natural remedy to reduce inflammation, anxiety and treat insomnia. Linden relieves anxiety, reduces inflammation and mimics GABA, a brain chemical that inhibits excitability in the human nervous system; lemon verbena and mountain mint are muscle relaxants, calming the body; chamomile is a muscle relaxant and contains apigenin, which also binds to the GABA receptors in the brain; and lavender reduces inflammation, relieves anxiety and interacts with the neurotransmitter GABA. Click here for more information on the traditional health benefits of the each infusion in your selection.
January Offer: Your discovery collection box entitles you to three online group yoga sessions.
To bring you the best experience, Nazani Tea has teamed up with Ewa, she will be your instructor for the classes. She is a certified yoga instructor who specialises in Vinyasa Flow in addition to teaches Hatha, Astanga & Yin Yoga.
